It Started With a Cat Who Refused to Eat Quietly

Honestly? PawPlayHub wasn't planned. It started the way most good things do — out of love, a little frustration, and a cat who had very strong opinions about her food bowl.

We've been pet owners for as long as we can remember. Cats, reptiles, small exotics — our home has always been full of fur, scales, and the occasional escaped feeder insect. We didn't set out to build a pet brand. We just kept running into the same problem: the products out there weren't made for pets like ours, or for owners who actually cared about the details.

So we started sourcing our own. Testing things on our own animals. Returning what didn't work. Keeping what did. And slowly, what started as a personal obsession turned into something we wanted to share.

We’re Pet Owners First

That’s the thing about us — we’re not a big company with a warehouse and a marketing team. We’re people who come home to animals every single day. Who know what it feels like to worry about whether your pet is comfortable, stimulated, safe. Who’ve spent way too many late nights reading reviews and forum threads trying to figure out if a product is actually worth it.

Every item in our store has been through our hands — and our pets’ paws — before it reaches you. If it didn’t pass the test at home, it doesn’t make it to the shelf. Simple as that.

Why We Care About the Small Things

A bowl that keeps feeder insects from escaping. A carrier that doesn’t stress your animal out. A toy that actually holds their attention for more than five minutes. These things sound small, but to a pet owner, they’re everything.

We built PawPlayHub because we believe pets — all pets, not just the obvious ones — deserve products that were actually designed with them in mind. And we believe their owners deserve a store they can trust.
